Westerly, located in the River West neighborhood of Chicago, seeks to curate an urban living experience focused on your comfort.

At the risk of stating the obvious, we realize the current global pandemic has made most of what we take for granted more than a little uncomfortable, including finding a new apartment in which to live.

The health and safety of our future residents remain first and foremost in our minds. So we will continue to follow guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Response (CDC) and updates from the City of Chicago closely, and we will respond accordingly.

Slated to open in September 2020, Westerly will begin pre-leasing in July. As we approach preleasing, we are exploring a range of new ways to experience the benefits of living at Westerly virtually. We want the process to be as easy, as simple, and as comfortable for our future residents as possible, within the conditions driven by COVID-19.

Additionally, Westerly will be showcasing the River West neighborhood, to familiarize future residents about the highlights of the surrounding area.
